I am trying to add the social icons that are on the business demo onto my header, for some reason they aren’t there, and for the life of me I can’t find out how to insert them into the header.
Found it, you have to add your social links into the specular custom theme settings. Then add the ‘Specular Social Widget’ to Top header right, and choose whether you want ‘simple’ or ‘circle’ icons.

That’s right. For the socials to display, you need to add the respective links to them. For that go to General Options > Social Media, add the links here.
