Social Media Links Wrong

  For some reason my top nav social media links are wrong. I have Facebook and Pinterest and no matter how many times I edit it, this is what I get.
  
  Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/https://www.facebook.com/MisbegottenTheNovel/
  
  Pinterest: https://www.pinterest.com/https://www.pinterest.com/caesarvoghan/
  
  How do I fix this?
