Social Media sharing icons are broken

  I’ve experienced a problem when a link is posted inside a blog post. The social media sharing icons are broken as you can see in the picture.

  The Tumblr social media button is the problem, you are copying the the blog post into the description of Tumblr without replacing the html chars.
