You can’t change the support status from here because this account is connected to the license number you first bought Specular theme. You can register as a new user with the new purchase code.
Please send me some valid wp credentials for your site. So i can give a closer look and make the changes you want.
I see there is a hamburger menu showing in top navigation area. If you have not added it then i need to check it.
