span tag in header

  how do I add span tags around the phone number in the header? I want to add the following code xxx xxxxx xxxx to the phone number listed at the top navigation header.
  
  I have managed to add this to the other pages where our phone number appears but cnt seem to locate where I can add this to the top navigation phone numbers.

  The phone number in the header area its already included on span tags. Can you be more clear at what you are asking?
  What kind of code do you want to add? The file you should edit depends on the code you want to add: if its CSS you can add it on your custom CSS box or you can edit style.css on your theme files.

  I am trying to add googles call_tracking tags contained within the span tags.
  
  I did write an example code but was removed due to it being HTML.

  Hi,
  
  Here is the HTML code in correct format that I am trying to insert into our webpages.
  
  I am trying to assign the class to the phone number;
  
  <span class="call_tracking">020 7250 8888</span>
  
  wherever the number appears on the site. I have managed to insert it into pages I have created myself but cant find where to insert this in the top navigation area.

  You can add this line of code into a Text widget or Specular Widget Shortcode and it will display with both the span tag in Top Header.
  Please see screenshot (1) and (2).
