Specular "Shop" demo content was not installed

  I purchased Specular WP theme, followed the instructions to import one of the demo themes (I choosed: SHOP), but none of the theme options like header settings, fonts, menus, overall view of the page or footers were installed. I tried several times.
  
  The import worked fine and got to 100% on each occasion and all the post/page content with attachments got installed, just not the theme settings. But this is one of the main reasons I purchased this theme so I am more than concerned.
  
  I wrote an e-mail with server settings etc to ‘Codeless Themes’ <[email protected]> several days ago, but I haven’t got any answer yet. Is there a problem anykind of? If there is, I would like that someone to response to me about that.My server setting are also attached to my Codeless profile here as well.
  
  If this error can not be repaired, I will ask for a refund.
  
  I really like this theme’s original settings and I would like that these settings with demo content would be installed.
  
  I am really looking forward to have demo data all installed – it was really the most important reason why to bought this nice template – just to have no more worries and after pure installation I could just set my own data and no designing issues. :)
  
  Please – answer me anything so I could be without any big worring.

  Apologies for the inconvenience with email reply.
  
  I set up the site just like the online demo. It does not have any issue, so please do not panic. we will help you customize it to your wish.
  The Demo data import, is half of the process. It imports pages, posts, portfolio items, and it setts up some main style configuration. But you need to keep customizing the already imported data.
  You have the included theme documentation to help you understand better all theme options. Also the video tutorials that show you how to build the main pages.

  What was the probleem after all? I am asking because I have to install this theme 3 times again, because I am making Network sites, so I want that every site on the Network would have the same appearance, so I have to install this theme several times more.
  
  So the demo content does not include menus, fonts – nothing?
  
  Secondly, why the menus won’t work on my page? Can you please fix that for me or/and explain why this is happening?

  There was no problem. You just needed to customize it.
  Like i said in my previous reply, the Demo data imports pages, posts, portfolio items, widgets (find them in the ‘inactive widgets‘ area in your Appearance > Widgets) and it setts up some main style configuration. Like home page, blog page, header style, logo..etc.
  
  The issue with the links is wordpress related. It has nothing to do this theme. To fix it, try this out:
  
  -reset permalinks -> set permalinks to default , save and then set them back to postname (the current version).
  Clear cache and refresh page. According to the host, it may take some time to reflect changes. (some hosts are slow).
  
  -If this still won’t do, then delete/rename your .htaccess file, located in your root wordpress installation folder, and after this, reset permalinks.
