Specular Single Post obscured

  Hi there, i’m having a problem with viewing my single blog posts in my specular wordpress site, its set up with the modern style header menu but when i view a single blog post the menu obscures the top of the post and the widget bar on the right. I’m struggling to find how to change it. You can see what i mean at the link below

  Please add this code into your custom css box in General Options:
  
  .single-post .top_wrapper { padding-top: 100px !important; }
