Specular theme triggers warning message on frontend side of the site

  Hello, I bought specular theme license and installed in on a wordpress fresh install.
  
  I installed and activated the child theme, but when I visit the public part of the website it displays following warning messages :
  
  Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/site_url/wwwroot/wp-content/themes/specular/includes/view/page_header.php on line 79
  
  Warning: count(): Parameter must be an array or an object that implements Countable in /var/www/site_url/wwwroot/wp-content/themes/specular/includes/view/blog/loop-index.php on line 49
  
  I run WP version 4.9.7 with PHP7.2
  
  Any idea how to solve this issue ? thanks !
