Hi,
I have had your Specular theme for just over a year and I thought the updates would could through to WP automatically but I recently found I am on version 3.1.2 and your latest update is 4.0.8. I am assuming its up to me to download the latest version from Envato under my downloads, which I did. According to the readme file it should have all the latest updates however after updating nothing seems to have changed!
I still have issues with the following which looked to have been dealt with according to the update read me file:
– Testimonials stopped working some months ago and I have to use a jQuery migrate helper plugin to make them work
– Woocommerce still not integrating properly with issues such as button alignments, text alignments and image gallery issues despite various updates to the contrary.
– WPbakery is still saying it needs updating in the plugins but wont do it as it came with the theme so I dont have a license directly and despite your read me file showing a few updates it hasn’t done them.
Please can you advice if I have actually got the latest theme download or if I need to get it from somewhere else?

Hi,
Yes latest theme comes from the download page of your themeforest account. Make sure you update your all plugins as well to latest versions. You can get plugins form included plugins folder and use those.

Thank you for the reply. I have downloaded all the included plugins too.
This has fixed testimonials and WP bakery issue.
I still have issues with the WooCommerce integration into the theme.
I cant use Gallery images as it includes the original image and resizes it differently to the gallery images.
Many of the buttons are out of line.
In the back end under products the rows are huge as the “shared on linked in” text has gone horizontal.
Sort by latest on store page has an extra border.
Credit card number box is longer than all the others and falls outside of the shaded area.
The “view basket” which appears in a banner after adding a product to the basket has lost its border.
Apply Coupon and update basket buttons within the cart page are overlapping text.

Hi,
Is there any cache plugin being used ? If so, just disable that plugin and remove all cache and try again to see. It looks like those issues are due to some css conflicts that usually caused by cache.

Hi,
I have tried this but unfortunately it has only fixed one thing (update basket and apply coupon buttons), the rest are still the same.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Kindly provide me admin login details as a private reply so I can give it a check by logging in. May be some other plugin having conflict with the code or something else causing this for you.

Hi,
I can see cache is enabled on your website and that may be the culprit. Kindly make sure you delete all your cache or disable your cache plugins then remove your website cache and browse cache and check again it should solve the issue for you.

I have tried this a couple of times already but have just completely deleted my cache plugin and have purged and disbaled the stackcache in WP.
I still have the issues:
If you click on products in the back end you will see the big width of rows.
If you go to a product on the website you will see that gallery images wont resize properly and pull down the main image in a different size to the rest.
If you go to basket you will see that the update basket and coupon code buttons have text overlapping.
If you go to checkout you will see the terms and conditions button doesn’t line up and the credit card number box extends past the holding box.

Hi,
I can see you have installed other woocommerce related plugins which are causing some sort of conflict and that is why you are facing those issues. I just tried to inspect your products in the backend there is some styling which is not from our theme or default woocommerce plugin but from other plugin.
Kindly make sure you try by disabling all third party plugins which are not part of theme and let me know what is the result ?

Hi Akram,
By disabling the plugins I have rectified the issue in the back end with the product spacing, but not the gallery issue. Please can you take a look here to see what I mean. It takes the main image down to the gallery and makes it a different size to the rest. I have tried lots of things but nothing has sorted this out.

I fixed most of the other issues using custom css but honestly I shouldn’t have to as they should line up from the beginning.

Hi,
I can see your image size is 800px in height so it is taking height accordingly. Make sure you let me know what height and width there should be ? So, I can make things that way ?
Also by default images crops based on there aspect ratio and same I can see here too.
