Since upgrading my website to Specular v4.2.2 I’ve had a lot of problems with white screen critical errors appearing everywhere both on the front end (site broken) and the back end (admin side). I now can’t do anything on the site without a critical error appearing and the front end (customer facing) is just a blank page with a critical error message.
My next step would have been to upgrade WordPress to the latest version (v5.8.2), I think I’m on v5.7.? (can’t be sure of exact version now as I can’t view the Dashboard anymore.
I can’t give you admin access because nothing is working at all at the moment.
Any idea what I can do to resolve this and get my website going again please?
Looks like it could be a Slider Revolution error. After I updated Specular I had hoped that the WP Bakery Page Builder and Slider Revolution plugins would have been updated but they hadn’t so not sure how to fix that.

Both ways(automatically and manually) are applicable. The second way(manually) exists if the plugin doesn’t update while clicking on the update button.
In a manual way, you’ve to go through
WP-Admin Dashboard > Plugin > Add New > Upload Plugin > Choose plugin file from your system > Click on Install Now button > If the plugin already exists it’ll display a message that you really wanna upgrade/downgrade plugin > Click yes if you wanna upgrade/downgrade plugin > Done.
That’s worked nicely thank you – no more critical errors.
I have two more issues since the theme updated:
1. The words ‘Telephone Number’ have appeared to the right of the telephone icon in my widgetised header. This wording which should not be there has pushed the phone numbers downwards and out of alignment. The numbers should appear to the right of the icon nicely lined up. How do I fix this please?
2. On every page except the home page, the Page Header wording is no longer vertically centralised. It should remain on the left side as it is now but be arranged with equal space above and below the title – how do I fix this too please?
That looks much better thank you. Could you please remove the words ‘Telephone Number’ for me that currently appear next to the blue telephone icon in the header.
