Specular Widget Shortcodes out of alignment after theme update

  I just upgraded Specular to v4.2.3 and now the phone number and email details are all out of alignment in the header on each page because the text ‘Telephone Number’ and ‘Email Address’ have appeared (these words were not there before). These words are not shown in the Specular Widget Shortcode for the Header Widgetised Area. How do I remove these words please?
