Did you make any changes to theme files? Please assign to the staff the “With White Box” style and let us know. If the issue persists, send us your wp credentials in a private reply. So we can check it.
Did you made any changes to theme files? I see in staff options the ‘Profile link’ option that is not present in default theme. Please import a fresh copy of theme files (backup the current one if you made changes) and let us know if the issue persists.
