How do I change the Staff page URLs?

At the moment they are http://www.website.com/trusted_staff/name

I have edited the following code in codeless_staff_type.php

$slugRule = “staff_trusted”;

to a new name, but my staff now get a 404 error.

Is there something else I have need to do?
