First of all, go to Codeless Home that you can find in the Left Bottom Corner.
Click the Setup button, a new window with all demos will appear.
Select the one you want and wait until it finishes installing.
After that, open the builder on Appearance -> Customizer or directly on each page click the Customize Button on frontend or the Edit with CL Builder in the back-end.
