I just added a simple CSS code snipet in:
wp-admin > Appearance > Customizer > Additional CSS >
@media (min-width: 980px) {
.header_transparency.page_header_centered .header_wrapper, .header_transparency.fullwidth_slider_page .header_wrapper {
position: fixed;
height: 100% !important;
}
}
