After getting the payment successfully, order in woocommerce is showing pending payment and then after sometime it’s showing cancelled. Neither we’re receiving any email notifications of getting payment nor our customers are getting order received email notification.
This operation is not controlled by theme but by the woocommerce plugin. I suggest you check out plugin’s settings that are set up correctly. Or contact the Woocommerce team support forum.
