I am trying to edit my header or any page, but cannot go to Customize. It’s always stuck at the loading screen. Ive tried several times and I don’t know what else to do. The weird thing is that couple months ago it was working fine.
Please make sure first that you have the latest versions of both theme (1.0.6) and Codeless Builder (1.2.4). If you do, then try to increase your server’s memory limit to at least 256M. Lack of memory can cause the builder to not be able to fully load.
Can you please be more specific? Did you increase the memory too? Please send us some wp and ftp credentials in a private reply. So we can give this a closer look.
Ok, look, the thing is that a few months ago works fine. But now when I tried to enter to modified a logo from the header it appears completely stuck on the loading screen. I’m sending you captures of the problem and the specs of our server. As I told you, the problem is not our server, because a couple months ago it was working just fine.
Please help us! This is our business site and we cannot wait for a theme tool responds.
