I don’t know what I screwed up, but the font color and spacing for the menu items has gotten screwed up. Where can I go to restore the original settings, and what are they?

you can change menu styling from dashboard. Goto Appearance -> customize -> header -> menu style
My apologies for not being more clear, I’m not talking about the navigation menu, I’m talking about our Sample Menus page.
please share screenshot of what is problem and what your want so that it is easy for us to help you.
Tell me how you want to have it? if you see our demo, it have only 2 words and style is showing same as we have in demo.
