The theme is full of issues and each issue I discover, to request a help takes at least 2 days and half to get a response which won’t solve my issue immediately.
20 days since I purchased this theme, and I have a deadline to deliver but I just completed 5% of the process.
Please note that I chose this template because I saw there is not a high sale rate compared to other themes, which led to the customer support has to be very quick and max takes half day to respond accordingly.
