I had 5 days remaining in my paid support and yesterday I extended it another 6 months. It was paid through Envato. I can provide the payment confirmation if needed.
However on my profile here in the support forum, it shows expired. Am I correct in assuming that my ticket inquiry may not be responded to in a prompt manner due to this?
