Support not working

  Hi,
  
  I have a few issues. I tried to log a support issue with a screenshot attached and I kept getting a error message saying ‘topic title cannot be empty’. There was a title included. If I can’t use this support then I will be contacting themeforrest for a full refund.

  The support forum doesn’t have issues. As the error says, you need to write a topic title, even if you send only a screenshot. You can include screenshots in your reply, by inserting them as links here and here.
