Tabbed menu on top

  Is there any way to fix the tabs on top rather than right side.
  
  And also disaple the icons

  /wp-content/themes/picante/includes/codeless_builder/shortcodescl_menu_tabbed.php
  
  Can I safely override in child theme so that it will not effected on updation.
