I am experiencing issues when it comes to the Team Feature.  First issue is that on my home page when I click the email link it takes me to a white screen – it also gives me the email address however the white screen takes me away from the site

The second issue is the layout – I would like the layout that I am using in the Contact us Page that I have provided below however I can’t figure out how to get the sizing right so that they images arent cut off.
