Im trying to modify the size of the team member photo on each members page. It is showing up very large. It is also intruding on the centered logo.

You can change the image size in functions.php file. Read this article for more detailed information. Or add this code into your custom css box:
.single-staff .blog-article.standard-style .media > *:not(.post_type) { width: 68% !important; padding: 10% !important; }
