Dear Concern Person,
Here are few problems which I’m facing with the theme, They are as below:
1) I have updated the ALT Tag of Image. You may check https://ibb.co/c7kdaS This is the image which is there in Media Library, I have added ALT DESCRIPTION here. But when I check with https://seositecheckup.com/seo-audit/parkerconsultinggroup.org it is giving me an error ( By saying alt tag doesn’t found.)
2) If you open the website on mobile – The homepage main banner load fine for fraction of seconds and after that it shrinks ( If you want I can provide you screenshot)
3) There is no way in admin panel from where I can change the id of tabs. ( You may check: https://ibb.co/dFEMvS for the better understanding of what I’m talking about)
Link: https://parkerconsultinggroup.org
4) Similar problem with Toggles too. There is no way to change the id of toggles (Link: https://ibb.co/kFTEFS) The toggle has been added on https://parkerconsultinggroup.org/services/executive-protection/
5) One more problem with toggle button, When I click on + sign it expands but when I click on – sign it doesn’t shrink. I hope you are getting my point.
It will be really nice if you can revert me on this as earliest as possible.
Best Regards:

Hello,
1-The Alt tags are not included in theme code. You need to edit theme files to enable the display of alt’s. Please refer to this topic
Let us know if you need further help.2-Do you use any animation on the site? Can you please send us some valid wp credentials in a private reply? So i can check this close.
3-4-The tabs and toggles id’s are auto generated.
5-I tested this on my side and the toggle does close when minus icon is clicked.
Do you have any third party plugin installed? Can you please deactivate them and try again.
Let us know.Best regards!

Sorry for the late reply.
1-The link covers the same request and in the replies is already added the code you need to check and change.2-Sorry but it’s not possible to change the tabs/toggles ids. If you must, then i suggest you hire a developer. This is a customization not covered from support.

4-Theme is still in full support and development. We will release updates in the future. If you have any suggestion on features to fix, please let us know. We’ll add them to the to-do list for the next update.

Hello,
1-I have visited the link – Can they help us make necessary changes into the theme?
I think you misunderstood. The link is a normal topic of customers who needed the same changes as you. The solution is in the replies. More specifically this part:It’s not something to remove other than add. You have to add the function that calls the image alt and displays it. 1-Media element: Go to file vc_templates/media.php and replace the code with the one in this link: https://codeshare.io/qtAwR 2-Portfolio square images: Go to file includes/view/portfolio/loop-grid.php and replace the code with this: https://codeshare.io/E3SJA 3- Latest Blog: Go to file vc_templates/latest_blog.php and replace all code with this: https://codeshare.io/ByPgB
Open the codeshare links to see the result code with the changes needed to add the ALT to images.
2- I believe We should send them WP-Admin credentials, Can we send them?
Do you mean to the support users in the topic? You can’t and you absolutely shouldn’t. They are customers just like you. And have no obligation in responding or doing any customization for you.3-Agreed, But I would like to change the id. How can I? This numeric id is not good for SEO perspective.
Is this in reference of the tabs/toggles? If yes, then i already told you this is a customization not possible from theme options. To alter this is needed coding that is not included in support. If you must have this, then we suggest you hire a developer (freelancer).4-Not working at my end, Can you help with this?
Are you referring in this point to the toggle closing when minus icon is clicked? I checked and you have a third party plugin related to tabs. The third party plugin “Tabs responsive” you have installed is conflicting with the accordition scripts.
I deactivated it and now the accordion are ok. See example here: https://parkerconsultinggroup.org/tabs-toggles/Please know that we answer to tickets according to their arrival time, the oldest first. The support time is from Monday to Friday 9:00AM-17:00PM (UTC+1).

Hello,
Sorry for the late reply.
1-Wordpress has a build in taxonomy for the team. It is the “Team” menu. The team element in Visual Composer pulls out these team member post’s created here. But you do not have any team created so far. See screenshot: https://postimg.org/image/5urhn2dl3/So to have team in “About Us” page, first create some members in Team menu.
2-I am checking the mobile view now, will update you in minutes.
3-sorry that is not possible with this slider. I suggest you use one of the other available sliders or included slider plugins.
4-Please write at this email: [email protected] to unfold your requests and so we can discuss a quote.
Best regards!

Hello,
I requested to have access on the files so i could check what the issue was and fix it.
The only way to check the files is from Appearance > Editor menu in wordpress dashboard, or by a ftp account.
Please provide at least one so we can help you on this. Otherwise there isn’t much we can do.You can create the ftp yourself or contact your host provider to create a ftp account for you if you do not have access on the domain’s cpanel.

Hello,
For the slider image in mobile, this custom css was messing it up:
.swiper-slide.swiper-slide-visible{ background-position: center -150px !important; }
It’s located in Additional Css in Appearance > Customize. I see there is quite a lot of other custom css added there, and some in Tower > General Options as well. Please be careful when adding custom css.
Another code i edited in the Additional Css box, is this:
.slider#slider-fullwidth { height: 450px; }
I set the height to 322px.
This is the result in mobile now: https://postimg.cc/image/el0nmo52f/Let us know.

Hello,
Thank you for the help, My problem is that when your viewing the site via mobile device such as, Apple I phone. The home page loads. but when you start to scroll it compress the image to where you can make out the image why
-
Hello,
This could be happening due to the large size of the slider background image. Please upload in the media a smaller version of it. Try to crop it to these dimensions, 375px x 367px.
I have already adde this code into your Custom css box in General Options> Custom Css:@media (max-width: 420px){ .swiper-slide.swiper-slide-visible.swiper-slide-active { background-image: url(https://parkerconsultinggroup.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/parkerconsulting.jpeg); }}
Just change the background image url to the new cropped image.
Let us know how it goes.Best regards!

Hello,
here my problem. when you go to my web site. https://ParkerConsultinggroup.org
on the Home screen you will see a picture of NYC with a yellow cab. I like that picture. When you use a mobile device such as an I phone the picture loads correctly. then as you scroll just a we bit the picture compress hard where it look like Godzilla step on the cab and you can’t see the picture. How can I fix that problem with out losing the resolution of the picture for the desktop version and mobile version.
problem #2 when you visit my site from a mobile phone like an Apple I phone going to this page https://parkerconsultinggroup.org/services/executive-protection/ the words “Executive protection” squishes together.
-
Hello,
-I understand but the desktop layout has different dimensions and aspect ratio regarding the images you can use. The mobile screen has different dimensions so it’s best to have images that fit the screen size better.
Please add this code into your custom css box:
@media (max-width: 420px){ .header_page.with_subtitle.centered .titles h1 { line-height: 40px !important; }}
It will fix the page header title’s line-height in mobile. See screenshot: https://ibb.co/nR0gTc
Best regards!
-
Hello,
I checked and the titles in mobile are showing up as defined by the custom css. See screenshot: https://postimg.cc/image/m6koehu2v/
It’s the same view i get when i open the page from an actual mobile phone.
What issue are you having?Best regards!
-
The problem is when you view the home page on the mobile device such as an I Phone. The home screen loads, then you start to scroll then the image compress where you can not make out the image. This is the home page where you see NYC and the picture of the yellow cab.
-
Hi,
I am afraid that, if I reduce the pixel size of the pictures, the image will be displayed distorted on the desktop website, as it’s using the same image.
So it won’t be displayed good. That is the reason I don’t want to use the existing image for Mobile screen.
What I expect from you is, I should use different images on different screen size. If you can make that change, I will upload different size images.
Please let me know let, your thought.
