template breaking wordpress

  When I activate the theme I get the following error :
  
  Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_FUNCTION in /home4/amandal/public_html/amandajasper.com/wp-content/themes/folie/includes/codeless_customizer/codeless_controls.php on line 2
  
  it hasn’t worked properly for me at all and it breaks my entire wordpress install.

  Hi, I went into my FTP and deleted all plugins and themes. It installs now, but the install wizard does not work. It hangs at about 20% and does not install.

  Can you please activate Folie theme? There is another theme active now.
  Please know that support time is from 9:00AM-17:00PM (UCT +1) so you can make the switch during our official support time.
  
  Let us know when can we login and continue with dummy data install.
  
  PS: You can try one more time yourself. Try importing the xml file directly instead. try importing manually using the xml file. Follow these steps:
  1-Go to Tools > Import > WordPress (run import);
  2-Now open your theme folder and import file content.xml from this path: \folie\includes\codeless_demos_content\the_demo_you_want_name
  3-Import this file into wordpress importer.
