Template installation freezing during upload of dummy content

  Hello,
  
  I have tried a number of times to install the ‘Scroll Story’ template. Every time it reaches the ‘import dummy content’ stage it freezes and the installation process does not complete.
  
  Please can you assist.

  These issues are caused by your hosting provider. Please check these php variables and try to make them have these values:
  
  memory_limit = 256M upload_max_size = 64M post_max_size = 64M upload_max_filesize = 64M max_execution_time = 300 max_input_time = 1000
