This is not quite an issue but a style of these buttons. If you want, you can set them to be still. Just add this code into your custom css box:

  left:-60px !important;
  opacity:1 !important;
}
.testimonial_carousel_element .pagination a.next{
  right:-60px !important;
  opacity:1 !important;
}
