Theme and dumy data

  Hi,
  
  I have a new installation with a fresh copy of WP 4.5, I tried three times, after selecting the style of the theme like Agency then importing will do for Default only, i will select Agency or other then refresh the page will come back to Default, Please advice.

  i import it, yes but its coming for default not for other styles, im selecting the agency style then import the data, when i check it its for default not for agency !!!
