Actually, it loads the first a person goes to the URL, then when they refresh, it won’t loan again. These squiggly line graphics appear, like a screen saver, and the page never loads.

Probably the issue is caused from the preloader, can you please try to switch to another preloader effect from Theme Options -> General
Once you did let me know how it goes ?

This fix worked, but this bug should get fixed, or the preloader should be turned off by default.
Yes our development team will surely be looking in to it.
