Hello. Since I haven’t heard back or received a refund or any info about my refund, it seems all I can do is leave a bad review on themeforest.

I haven’t heard back and it has been 2 weeks.
In total it has been over 2 months and still no refund and not update to the theme to make it work.

I am using another theme now. The features I expected from yours didn’t work. Plugins necessary for functionality weren’t able to be downloaded. I cannot give you access to my ftp server to fix the issues.
I simply asked for a refund since the theme isn’t as described and I believed that you were working on the refund for the past 2 months.
