Are you able to help me on this please? I bought this theme for the single reason that I wanted to swiftly and easily adapt the ‘Scroll Story’ template, but after 3 days I’m no closer to doing that.

I’d appreciate if you’re able to offer further advice on how I can get this theme installed as advertised. I’m not finding the Folie theme very intuitive and it is difficult to use compared to other WordPress themes, so I’d appreciate if I could at least start with the template that I bought the theme for to make it easier.

To further add to this issue I’m now seeing the following in the Theme customiser:

Yes but I was hoping for exactly the same dummy data so I could replace easily and swiftly, including background animations etc.

Could you also explain why I’m seeing this error note in the customiser?

Hi there,

I’d like to ask for a refund on this theme. I am thoroughly unsatisfied with it due to the following:

– All I required was a simple installation of the Scroll Story template with dummy data as advertised here: https://codeless.co/folie/scroll-story/. This would have required minimal expertise to change to the site I wanted.

– Instead, following days in which no template could be installed, the template that was installed featured dummy data completely different to how I wanted it.

– Now I am unable to tweak anything on the theme even if I wanted to, as there is an error showing as described above – “wp-content/plugins/codeless-builder/include/core/cl-page-builder.php on line 389”.

– Given I received no support on the error mentioned above, I have tried once again to uninstall and re-install the theme but had no luck in doing so. Now no dummy data is showing at all as the installation once again fails at the menu installation.

– Given how slow the support responses are I don’t envisage having my site completed any time soon, and as I need to have this live by next week, if I am not able to have the Scroll Story template + dummy data as advertised, I would like a refund so that I can choose another theme that will do as advertised.
