You need to install first it. The plugin is included in theme package. You can find the plugin’s zip file in “extra_plugins” folder.
To find it, just open the main zip file you downloaded from Envato. Unzip it. These folder’s will show up: Documentation, Licensing, extra_plugins, handel, handel-child.
Then, install Revolutions slider as any normal plugin, by uploading the zip file from Plugins > Add New menu.
Hi, i added the plugin as instructed and now i am getting a different error: Revolution Slider Error: Slider with alias home not found. This is because the theme sliders are not present. How can I get access to the pre-made sliders that come with the theme? Thanks!

While the plugins’s installation zip file is located inside the “extra_plugins” folder. Which is inside theme’s main zip file. The same file you first downloaded from Envato.
