      I cannot save editing in Specular settings.

      Hello,

      Do you have any other third party plugins installed? Please disable them and try again.

      If the problem persists please share with us your online link and wp creds(private reply) so we can do it for you.

      Hello,

      I have tried to access the credentials you send me but I can’t access it.

      Now you have to disable all the plugins that don’t come with the theme itself.

      If the problem persists you have to check your hosting provider and ask them what is the cause of this error.

      Mmm, it’s so strange.

      I tried to access with VPN of Australia, and can access the dashboard.

      Please send me the screenshot of the dashboard error page.

      I need the info in order to fix this problem.

      Hi,

      Thank you very much for the correct login details. Well, I tried to save settings and got same error but if you inspect your console it throws following error:

      “403 Error – Forbidden”

      Which is usually due to no permission or server does not provide required resources. So, kindly check it out with your host and they will be resolving this for you.

      Hi,

      Not about my IP only it can be for the server only as it has nothing to do with my IP. I hope you got the point.

      Just ask your host support why this happens for you ?

      Hi,

      Actually any server related issue is beyond our theme support so for any such support you have to reach your hosting provider. I hope you understand my point and position.
