I have the following warning at the top of the Dashboard:
<span style=”font-weight: 600; color: #444444; font-family: ‘Open Sans’, sans-serif;”>This theme requires the following plugin: Envato WordPress Toolkit.</span>
The Envato WordPress Toolkit is installed, Version 1.7.2. The version installed with the theme was 1.7.1 and requested an update. The update moved the version to 1.7.2 and then the theme complains that the plugin needs to be installed.
I have removed the plugin completely and reinstalled but still have the same issues?
The theme has several plugins included. Some are a must, like Visual Composer and some others are optional. We try to include the most recent version of them, but happens that from one theme update to the next, some of these plugins get updated from their creators. So the current version included in the theme is not the last and therefore it asks for update.
This is not an issue. Theme works perfectly with this version too. If you can not wait till the next theme release to update them, then you will have to buy them.
I think you have misunderstood the problem. The Envato plugin is free and your theme ships with version 1.7.1 but WordPress reports that it needs to be updated to 1.7.2.
If I update the plugin to 1.7.2 then your theme reports that it requires the Envato plugin to work, although it is installed and is the latest version.
Sorry for the misunderstand. This happens because it is a build in plugin and the version the theme uses is 1.7.1. When you update, the theme does not find the specified version and shows the message. But you can activate and use the new version with no problem.
We will include the latest version in the next theme update.
