Trying to customise the theme (Appearance > Customise) and a tip page loads for Codeless but does nothing. Is this a known error with the Handel theme? All other recommended plugins are activated and the theme has the Demo Data running.
Are you referring to the loading page before the Codeless Builder opens up? Yes, this is a know case if you have an older Codeless Builder plugin running or not enough memory allocated to wp.
Can you please give us some more details on your system? What theme version and CB plugin are you running? What PHP version and WordPress?

This is not common if you have the necessary requirements on your system. Please try to increase your wp memory limit to at least 256M. Lack of memory can cause the builder to not be able to fully load.
