Top bar with title and breadcumb missing

  Hi,
  
  in specular theme all is working fine, but when I create new pages the top bar with title and breadcrumbs is missing.

  In pages from demo content all is fine:

  What is the trick to activate the top bar?
  I couldn’t find something in the docu.

  Hello,
  
  Please go to the page’s General Settings > Page Header Options > Active Page Header, set it ON. Then select from the option below, the header style Basic (Left with Breadcrumbs). See screenshot: https://ibb.co/dKgMV9f
