Top Widgetized Area not visible in mobile

  Hi, my site is – https://www.89.ee/projektid/kanjon/
  
  In the Top Widgetized Area i have the language switcher (WPML), but it doesnt show up in mobile devices.
  
  Its important to choose a language on mobile too, any suggestions?
