1] In Tower, added logo and menu to the right. When scrolling down the page, the logo boundary sticks out below the nav bar. I have changed the size of the logo multiple times but it’s still happening. How do I fix this?

2] Can the logo be moved over to the left so that I can make room for one more menu item? How is the space to the left and right of the header area adjusted?
Are you using a sticky header? The sticky header is slightly smaller than the normal one. Go to General Options > Header Options > Sticky Nav > Sticky Header Height, first. Increase the sticky header height here.
-Yes, you can edit out header css to fit in all menu items you want (always as much as the header width can support). Edit it using custom css.
