Tower - Masonry Media Grid not loading - Codeless Support Center

  Hi there. I’ve tried to purchase more support from Theme Forest but am having difficulty.
  
  One of my client’s sites isn’t loading images via the masonry media grid on the page.
  
  The page shows the images are loading (three animated dots) but the images never appear. However, if I choose ‘page preview’ (via the page editor) they show, just not when the page is published. Please can you help, we have the masonry media feature on so many pages in this site.

  I want to bump this thread because I’m having the same problem, but not only with the “Masonry Media Grid” but also with the “Media Grid”. I can replicate what the original poster described.
