      Hi

I have recently updated to the latest theme version and WP 5.7.

After the update it has requested for me to install Redux plugin.

here is how the website supposed to look (This is when plugin is off)
      https://gyazo.com/673db1fb041a3c3a92e7c6febaf85aba

This is how the website looks when the plugin is on:
      https://gyazo.com/bfb18e497ebe106d98581fd8b8ae405d

When I turn off Redux, Tower theme options disappear and I lose logo, alongside theme options that I have set.

I have tried importing theme options from my dev website which did have this issue, but it didnt fix anything.

Please provide urgent assistance as I had to place live website under maintenance.

I tried many things already, including rolling back WP Core, Rolling back Redux to past version, checking for console errors, but nothing fixed the issue.

I got in touch with Redux team and after many hours of looking into it they told me to get in touch with Theme support.

I can provide you admin access as soon you as you see this ticket.

      Hi,
This issue is not about the redux plugin or theme, It’s about the customization you have done in the child theme, If you activate the parent you see that your website looks fine. We recommend you don’t try to add custom code that conflicts with theme core functionalities.
For testing purpose, I activated the parent theme

      Please check and advise
      Thanks,

        Hi Azam

Thank you very much for your quick response!

You were right, I found the issue inside child theme header.php

Feel very stupid now that I didnt think of activating parent theme to check.

        Kind Regards
        Gleb
