Both strings are written inside the “Cowidgets – Elementor Addons” not inside the theme. For translating them, you’ve to translate the previously mentioned plugin through Loco Translate.

wp-content > plugin > cowidget-elementor-addons > languages > cowidgets.pot

If the Loco translate still displaying the error then you can translate the text manually through

Yes, once the plugin is updated these translations will be removed but don’t be worry about it because the plugins don’t update on weekly basis. Moreover, If the plugin got updated you can again translate it back from the same path.
