Translate Login Mini Cart

  How ca we translate login frame.
  
  We tried with replacing in string php, loco translate but nothing.

  Do you mean the main login section of WordPress? It should be translated automatically when you change WP language on settings

  Well, it does not.
  
  It should be in Romanian, but remains in english.
