You can hard-coded it. Go to file searchform.php, find the line:
<input type="text" size="16" placeholder="<?php esc_attr_e('Search', 'codeless') ?>&hellip;" name="s" id="s">
edit the word here, or translate it using the .po file with PoEditor.

The “You are here:” is hard-coded so please go to file \includes\view\page_header.php and find this line:

<li>You are here: </li>

replace with this:

<li><?php __('You are here', 'codeless') ?>:</li>

Then regenerate the .po file with PoEditor.
