Trying to install Specular Starter site

  Hi,
  
  I’m trying to install the Cleaning Starter site for Specular. I got an error with a link to docs (link is dead).
  
  Also got an error when activating “Specular WPBakery Addons & Backward Compatibility” plugin. Fatal error: Cannot declare class codeless_slideshow, because the name is already in use

  Just to clarify if you are using a fresh install or doing in an already used website. Because this error should not be there in fresh install. Kindly clarify.
