Twitter widget no longer updating

  Hi, our twitter widget has stopped updating latest tweets in the last week or so. Double checked the Twitter app settings and all good. Even removed the widget and re-added it and the latest tweet it pulls is from Aug 19.
  
  We have a caching plugin, but have cleared the cache and the issue still shows up when logged into wordpress as admin (which doesn’t cache)
  
  Any thoughts?

  Sorry for the late reply.
  We have tested the Twitter and it does not have any issue. Did you add any additional code for it? Or installed any plugin that could affect it? You have some errors, please see screenshot.
  I have notised your menu is not properly aligned. If you want to fix it, you can add this code into your custom css box:
  
  nav .menu { margin-top: -40px; }
