I’m finding this theme really difficult – I tried to import the demo that I liked and it seems impossible to recreate it. I don’t seem to be allowed to use the ‘customize’ function and there are three different editing platforms within the theme. Please could someone help?
What do you mean by “not allowed to use the ‘customize’ function”? Each page can be customized by either Codeless Builder, Visual Composer or Gutenberg (screenshot). And to change theme’s general settings, go to Appearance > Customize (documentation link).
Unable to customize theme, it grey out everything while the customize section and visual composer doesn’t even work as well.. it won’t let you move or remove anything. please assist. i just purchased this theme.
