When importing the attachments the size of data to load is even more bigger than the normal import. So you either need to further increase memory limit, or check out that you do have all needed permissions to theme files.
Ask your host regarding it.

I have increased the memory limit and the permissions are correct, so I don’t think its that. I ended up getting stuck at 65% for importing, similar to other previous posts.
Please check your server connection. The site can not be accessed, it says: “This site can’t be reached. http://www.dev.vizworx.com’s server DNS address could not be found.”
