I have installed the theme and while trying to install plugins i got an error for VC and two others. I managed to bypass that issue by uploading the plugins via FTP.

Now, when i try to install the DEMO data i see the error messages:

      Hello,

Have you installed third party plugins? Have you installed correctly the theme and theme plugins via ftp?
Send us your credential to give it a closer look.
Just update the profile user information for that, read this article for more information.

      Best regards!

      Hello Kris,

I did not install any 3rd party plugins.

I managed to bypass the issue with the plugins. It looks like the issue is only present when the child theme is activated.

I am now trying to install the demo data. The loading bar is stuck at 65%.

      Why is that?

Also, i get the error message @your backup or demo doesnt contain sidebar_widget.txt file.

-I have added the login data as you instructed.

      Hello,

      -Demo data:
Are you trying to import from child theme? Please make sure you are importing only while parent theme is activated. Otherwise you will get “wrong url” issues.
If the issue persists even in parent theme, then you have to check out your host requirements. Read this article for more information.

-Please try to uninstall the template and reinstalled it. Also make sure you have a good internet connection. Like the warning message says, it can not be connected to the CDN.
Read more regarding it in this article. Let us know if the issue persists.

      Best regards!
