Update 1.04 Still not working - Customise

  Just updated to version 1.04. I uploaded the main theme and child to my FTP.
  
  I am working from the child theme.
  
  I have the Transport template installed. All plugins activated.
  
  Still I cant access the Customise menu.
  
  Not very impressed so far. I may ask for a refund if not fixed as I need to progress this project today.

  Hello,
  
  Please remove the installed “Codeless Builder” plugin and install again from Required Plugin list. you have to have parent theme activated while installing included plugins.
  If you still have difficulties, please fill in the wp/ftp login information on the extra information fields of your profile data. So we can give it a closer look.

  I have tried the above and it’s still not working. I still get a blank Customise screen. See attached.

  Can you please provide a screen recording session? In it, show us the list of the installed plugins. And then navigate to Appearance > Customize.
  Theme does not have any issue! It is already been tested multiple times before launching.
  You can try installing it again in a new domain in your localhost.

  Hello,
  
  I see the Customizer was still loading when you went back to the previous page. You need to let it finish loading first. However, please try this:
  1-Update WordPress to latest version 4.9;
  2-I assume you do have the latest theme version(1.0.4) since i saw Codeless Builder vs 1.2.3 installed already. That is the latest version of the plugin;
  3-Deactivate Meta Box plugin and try again;

  I have done a fresh install again.
  
  Wordpress 4.9
  
  Re-downloaded the theme.
  
  The Customise page hangs on the loading screen :-/

  I have not tried installing online to see if it’s a MAMP issue.
  
  I cant seem to get the blue “Register” button to work?! I have entered my email and purchase code. I click the button but it does nothing :-/

  Also, I have installed the template without registering and the customize editor now works, so not sure why it’s not working in a local environment?
  
  The issue I have now is I get the following along the top of my homepage:
